2. Usage of Service

MyriSite provides AI-powered tools for website generation and visual editing. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

• AI Generation: Each generation uses credits. You are responsible for the content suggested by the AI.
• Editor Interface: Processing is performant and secure.

3. User Content and Privacy

We respect your ownership and privacy.

• Ownership: You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of the websites you generate using MyriSite.
• Storage: Your projects are stored securely on our infrastructure via Supabase.

4. Paid Services (Credits)

We offer paid credits for site generation and refinement.

• Pricing: $15.00 USD for 5000 paid credits + 50 free daily credits.
• Payments: Payments are processed via Paddle and CryptoCloud.
• Refunds (Paddle): Refunds for payments made via Paddle are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
• Refunds (CryptoCloud): All cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable due to the nature of blockchain transactions.

5. Intellectual Property

The MyriSite platform, code, logos, and design are the property of MyriSite. You may not copy or reverse engineer our platform without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MyriSite makes no warranties regarding the absolute reliability or availability of the service.
